Very rare variety with a subtle mushroom flavor

Choose a very sunny location for best results. Eggplant grows best in well-drained loamy or loamy soil that is fairly rich in organic matter. Soil pH should be between 5.8 and 6.5 for best growth. Use a blanket of black plastic mulch to warm soils before beginning transplants.
