Blood Red Long Carrot

A hardy, multi-coloured and still popular old French heirloom variety among home gardeners. It is an early and very adaptable carrot. Don’t be fooled by its “long” name because it is actually a medium-long conical carrot with a very firm texture which helps in preservation. Surprisingly, it will keep its colors after cooking.
