The Lady in Purple Bok Choy

An incredible variety from China! We love this eye-catching purple baby bok choy, and we think it’s one of the best varieties available. It’s loaded with high levels of antioxidants with anti-aging properties as well as a smooth, rich flavor that’s perfect for wok, grill or salads. We like very refined and uniform heads, averaging 6-7 inches. Neat little plants make a perfect display nestled in the tidy vegetable patch or displayed at the farmers market stand. A beautiful strain, the antioxidant rich plum colored leaves really stand out against the lime green stems. Crunchy, juicy and tasty, it is an excellent culinary variety. A lot of work has gone into selecting consistently attractive and delicious buds. A must have for market and home use.
