Large roots, juicy, white, weakly fleshy, perfectly preserved! Medium ripening variety for long winter storage. The vegetation period is 90 to 100 days. The roots are large, black, weighing 250-500 g, rounded and flat. The pulp is white, dense, juicy, slightly scaly. For summer consumption, radish is sown in early spring, for winter storage – in the first ten days of July. Used in the home kitchen for cooking salads, side dishes, vegetable snacks, as well as for the prevention of colds.
