🧄 Chesnok Red Garlic (Allium sativum)
🌿 Description
Chesnok Red garlic is a variety renowned for its exceptional culinary quality and its rich, balanced, slightly sweet flavor. Its bulbs are medium to large, with white skins marked by distinctive purple stripes and well-formed cloves.
One of its most notable characteristics is its ability to maintain a pleasant texture and remarkable depth of flavor after cooking. When roasted, it develops almost buttery, slightly sweet notes.
The plants are vigorous and produce the characteristic flower stalks, or scapes, typical of hardneck garlic.
The product sold is in the form of bulbils, which are used to start the crop.
