To obtain blue raspberries, it is recommended to stratify the seeds. Stratification is a process of exposing seeds to cold and humidity for a period of time, thereby mimicking natural germination conditions. To stratify blue raspberry seeds, simply place them in a plastic bag with damp peat moss and store in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 months. Once stratified, the seeds can then be planted in the ground to obtain delicious blue raspberries.
